I am content holding the high score for one hour until someone beats it. Cool fast dorifto game

Been playing this game for about 3 hours, have yet to get past the 3rd "boss area." I can't get by the boss pigs, and when I try to fight one and slip by, I get swarmed immediately. Really fun game, I'm dying to beat it, but I can't stand the slog of hunting 5 times in a row and finding nothing but health and ammo. It feels like it artificially extends the game, but is also a huge relief when you finally find what you're looking for.
I love the look of the game too, cartoonish pigs juxtaposed with photorealistic symbols for the party and weapons. The colors are nice as well, the pigs contrast nicely with the cool, dark background
Anyways, it's a very tense game that rewards patient gameplay and some critical decision making, I audibly yell every time I get chased down by a pig. Lots of fun but DAMN does it take some dedication and time to beat. (and perhaps some prayers to RNGesus for enemy placement on the boss levels)

Thank you so much!!! Tip: Tents have more chance of having food. If you find anything in them, anyways. They'll also have a minimum of 2 loot, rather than 1! That's why they are so guarded. This is stuff that should be said somewhere in the game though, so that's my error, hahaha.

Thanks for noting about the weapons! It would have been a disservice to the themes of the game to use drawings of weapons, after all, they are Serious Things That Kill. That's why they are touched up photos!

Also, i got the message, i can confirm this person beat the game. Only killing twice, no less!

was about to speedrun ULTRAKILL but this is a much simpler alternative. Unique idea, fun to play, well made!
best time is 55s :^(

Game feels really weighty (in a good way!) and it's very satisfying to jump and grab the sword and do combos. Stylish, fun gameplay! The hornet boss felt really exciting, but like another reviewer, I wanted to see what was in the pit to the left and got stuck

Got to 90m and my hands started cramping bad, had to stop :^(
Fun game! Feels more responsive than qwop did, and has high-stakes progression which I enjoy. It's nerve racking when you start to float up quickly and lose 10m, the panic really kicks in

The game doesn't tell you this, but there is actually a pause menu when you press Esc or Space. I'm an evil person for not telling players this, but the game in generell is evil. So :D

It's very sad that you had to stop at 90m. There would have been a surprise when you get to the treasure chest.

And yes, we are very happy with how the panic increases when the player starts to float up or turn, which then leads to wrong inputs which just causes a death spiral until the player lost way too much progress. Rage and frustration intensified.

fun game, I wouldn't mind a longer version. relaxing. sad ending :^(

Nice roguelike with a deep meta!

Really fun game, trying to beat as the rogue is pretty hard, I had a good run but I passed up a health potion on accident.
Btw, on concurrent playthroughs after beating the boss, the walk to the treasure is blacked out, and it flashes during the last few seconds.

Controls surprisingly similar to Castle Crashers, what with the jump juggle combos. Challenging but lots of fun!
Edit: I'm getting stunlocked and multihit by just about every attack - the laser, the skeletons spear, the fireballs, even the roaches if they're in a corner. Super irritating! I understand I can avoid the attacks, but getting hit is very punishing. I know how the enemies in real CC feel now.
After yelling at my screen from a few seemingly unfair skeleton jab combos, I beat the dang game. Getting max level for the spin combo and attack length REALLY helps

Really gratifying gameplay loop, super cool to see all the work beforehand pay off
